Logs you out of all Google Accounts... choose to either - close all tabs and direct you to the logout/login screen, Close current tab and direct you to logout/login screen or Logout and then close chrome browser...
Options page is fully customizable, and will let you redirect to a page of your choice upon logging out, (set a time for redirection depending on your connection speed, 5 secs recommended for fast lines)
Great if you use many google accounts or... have a big family who never logout! Use it when you want to swap to another account or just before closing the browser...
